Your hands will be on show continuously throughout your big day, so make sure they are smooth and soft and well manicured for your day.

1: Use a hand scrub to remove dead skin cells, at least once a week.

2: Use a hand cream every day as often as you want, make sure to work it into the nail base to encourage nail growth. If hand are extremely dry, use extra hand cream and place hands inside a pair of cotton gloves to help cream soak into skin. 3: Don't attempt to do your own nails for your day, either have them professionally done or get your chief bridesmaid to do them for you.

Feet

Your Feet need extra special pampering before your wedding day. You will be standing on them for a very long time and don't forget all that dancing you are going to have to do.

1: Start giving your feet a regular soak in tepid water, don't use hot as it only raises your blood pressure. Put some of your favourite bubble bath inthe water and add some marbles to roll your feet around on.

2: Carefully use a foot file to remove any hard rough skin on the heel of the foot. Don't try to remove all the rough skin first time gradually does it otherwise you'll end up with sore feet.

3: Next gentle massage into the feet an exfoliating cream for feet, these contain small seeds with smooths away any rough skin leave the feet smooth and enlivened.

4: After removing all the rough skin it's time to pamper those feet with some rich moisturiser. Use plenty of foot cream then pop your feet into a pair of sock to help the moisturiser to soak into the skin.
